The Venture for Enlightenment part 3

Sorry for the awfully late comic, but coloring took far longer than expected.

But panel 4 was worth it. The “Game On!” exhibit is beyond incredible, where the only light given off in a room comes from the dozens of game screens. The exhibit covers all of video game history, with special sections for specific genres. Let me walk you through some of it…

The exhibit opens with real basic stuff: a Ms. Pac-man machine, some old Famicom games, some Atari and Colecovision, maybe some Asteroids or Centipede. But THEN, the exhibit opens to a massive collection of games like the one described in the comic, with literally every system playing every genre of games (I was surprised to see Animal Crossing getting played as much as the other, more action-oriented games). There are other, smaller sections, like Sports games, a few racing games, platformers, and a large section on popular Japanese and import games. An incredible collection of playable games, and since it’s a traveling exhibit, I’d highly suggest you check it out (along with Body Works) as soon as it becomes available.

And now, I have nothing to say (The Strokes).
